Job description

The role of Partner & Managing Consultant for one of Benson Group’s brands is a genuine leadership position. You lead by example, set the tone and guide your people in the right direction.

As a Partner & Managing Consultant, you have final responsibility for all the operational activities in your brand and region. You deliver strong financial results, ensure that our values and standards are conveyed appropriately, and create a mature, stable and professional culture.

You spend 20% of your time leading, training and coaching our Business Managers. You optimise your training schedules in consultative selling and headhunting methodologies, recruit internal talents and lead them on the path to success. For the remaining 80% of the time, you are active on the operational front line as a Senior Business Manager.

You report directly to our Founder & Director.

As a Partner & Managing Consultant, you will:

Profile

5-9 years' experience in specialised project staffing, of which:

3-5 years as a Senior Business Manager / 360 Recruiter

Minimum 2 years as a Manager / Team Leader

Impeccable verbal, non-verbal, social and communication skills

Extremely neat and presentable appearance

Perseverance, determination, and a sense of entrepreneurship

Self-motivated – you will sometimes have to work long hours, but you also know why

Organised, structured

Talented, enthusiastic and infinitely ambitious
